Rett's Syndrome
This was first discoved by Dr. Andreas Rett. It occurs mostly in girls and leads to severe impairments affecting every aspects of a childs life. This affects their ability to speak, walk, eat, and breath easily. -

The Individuals with Disabilites Education Act ensures a public education for all children along with different services if needed. -
