Billy gets drafted into the war in 1944. He joins the army to fight the Germans. He is immediately sent to Luxembourg to start the fight against the Germans. He joins the fight in the historic Battle of the Bulge. -
Billy was Captured by the Germans
Billy was captured in the woods because himself and Roland Weary were fighting with each other. They got separated from their group. They were lucky to get separated because their original group was killed and they were taken as prisoners. -
Weary's Death
Roland Weary died in a box car in Lazaro's lap. Billy gets blamed for Weary's death. Lazaro wants revenge for what Billy has done. -
Bombing of Dresden
Dresden was bombed while Billy was held captive their with fellow Americans. Killed a lot of civilians destroyed the city. The bombing was the main event in the story because it was the cause of Billy's PTSD and all the events in the novel. -
Billy meets Kilgore Trout
Billy finally meets his favorite author Kilgore Trout. Billy ends up driving Trout around to deliver papers. Billy also invites him to his wedding anniversary party. -
Billy went back to Dresden
He went back to Dresden with Bernard V. O'Hare and went back to the slaughter house. The cab drivers name was Gerhard Muller. Sent them post cards to keep in touch. -
Valencia's Death
Valencia hears about Billy in a plane crash so shes rushes to the hospital to see him. On her way their she gets into an accident because someone runs into the back of her and causes her to lose her exhaust. She doesn't stop she just keeps rushing to the hospital and eventually gets their but soon after dies because of carbon monoxide posing. -
Plane Crash
Billy is involved in a plane crash. He was on his way to Montreal for an optometrist meeting. -
Billy's Death
Billy was assassinated by a large laser gun from cops at a convention where he was talking about time travel.
