    The Trail of Tears, what was it well when Andrew Jackson had a Indian Removal policy in 1838-1839 was the removal of the Cherokee tribe they call it a Trail of Tears because of all the devastating effects to the tribe.

    Jim Thorpe is thought to be the best athlete to ever live. Jim thorpe is was born in May 22 and was apart of the is native american he is apart of the Sauk community he played on 8 national football teams and is the first native american to win gold in the Olympics

    When was the Dust Bowl 1930's there was a period of severe dust storms caused by a severe drought and a failure to apply dry land farming methods to prevent wind erosion. The states that were affected were Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado and kansas. The method that helped the dust storms were to grow trees that helped block the wind from the top layer of soil of blowing away.

    The Oklahoma City Bombing was the biggest terrorist attack at the time until 9/11. What happened well former Army Survivalist Timothy Mcveigh expressed anger against the FBI with the standoff with Randy Weaver at Ruby Ridge as well as Waco Siege, it ended up killing David Koresh and 75 others that moved Timothy McVeigh to bomb the Federal Building in Oklahoma.

    The Quarter of Oklahoma has the state bird on it the Scissor tailed flycatcher, the capital of Oklahoma is Oklahoma City. People call this the panhandle state for one reason, the state looks likes a giant pan, another nickname that the state has is the "Sooner State" Oklahoma is called this because when nobody lived in Oklahoma they just gave land away and the people that jumped the gun early were called Sooners.
