Birth of Napoleon
Napoleon was born in Ajaccio, France. His parents were Carlo and Letizia Buonaparte. Two older siblings of Napoleon born in 1765 and 1767 died in infancy. -
Becomes a general in the French army
Napoleon was one of the greatest military leaders ever. He expanded France all the way to Spain and the steppes of Russia. Also he held many wars that he has won. -
Campaign in Egypt
(1798 – 1801) , Napoleon went to Egypt with 400 ships and 54,000 men and invaded them. he also had recently invaded Italy. -
First Consul for life
The Consulate government of France made Napoleon in the First Consul for life in 1799. until the start of the Napoleonic Empire in 1804. -
Concordat
an agreement between Napoleon, papal and clerical representatives in Rome and Paris. The confusion of the Roman Catholic Church in France ended the breach caused by the church reforms and confiscations ended during the French Revolution -
