Growth
From 2015-2016 Jojo Siwa first appeared as a dancer on two seasons of the reality Television show Dance Moms, along with her mother Jessalynn Siwa. Later in 2017, Jojo got signed to Nickelodeon and acted in many different shows and films. Being signed under Nickelodeon, Jojo released several children's songs and her own feature film in 2021. Furthermore, Jojo's release of her hit song "Boomerang", also lifted her fame. -
Maturity
In 2018, Jojo Siwa announced that she was going on a 26-show tour, that later on got extended and many more got added. Jojo Siwa then got ranked at #5 on Hot Tour Charts as reported by Billboard, with 80 of the 96 dates sold out as the tour touched down in 7 countries on 3 different continents. The 19-year-old star's music career took off, and she was reported to have made around $27 million solely off her tour. -
Decline
In 2023-24 Jojo and her mother Jessalyn Siwa were accused of creating a hostile work environment by one of her XOMG pop(a girl group)members. This member(who has spina bifida)claimed that she was abruptly fired from the girl group(XOMG POP!)after her mother raised concerns about how she was being treated. In a later interview, the fired member claimed that the mother-daughter duo were overly cruel, insulted, and even shamed her for her disability. All of these accusations caused a scandal. -
Decision Point
Even after all the scandals Jojo found herself in, and the hatred she had started receiving after her rebranding, Jojo decided to move on and continue with releasing her new song and new identity. Jojo is no longer a child and is just waiting for others to realize it too.
