    When the food allergen re enters the body, the allergen bibds to the antibodies and sends out signals to the body to realease large amounts of histamine.
  • Step 5 Histamine reaction

    Thehistamine causes irritation and swellingin parts of the body.
  • Step 6 Body Responds

    The result of this irritation varies from person to person, from mild hives, shortness of breath, to anaphylaxis.
