    Light Bulb
There isn't a specific inventor to the light bulb, people just built off of other people. But the light bulb is not only important to the history of technology but also history in general, that makes it pretty lit (pun intended). Television
Just in between WW1 and WW2, 1927, the first television was invented by Philo Farnsworth and Charles Francis Jenkins. The roaring twenties were a time of purchasing the newest and trending items and with a device that can broadcast motion pictures, this was no exception. • Printer

    Printer
The printer was a major breakthrough in technology. This changed printing, from handwriting everything out, my oh how much that would have sucked, to typing on a computer then sending it to the printer to print. • The Microprocessor

    The Microprocessor
Computers have evolved over time and have been around since the 1800s. I, personally, think a computer isn't a computer if it does not have a microprocessor. Intel introduced the very first microprocessor to the world in 1971, November 15 to be exact, the Intel 4004. Since then, these tiny guys have gotten smaller and their ability to hold more storage and RAM has increased.

    Microsoft
April 4, 1975, Bill Gates and Paul Allen created a company that would later change our view on technology. Microsoft invented the Smart TV, smartphone and tablet, they changed gaming and how we use computers. This is just the tip of the iceberg of how they changed the world through how we use it and how we view it.
  • Apple

    Apple
Founded by Steve Jobs, Ronald Wayne and Steve Wozniak in a garage, yes, a garage. It is unbelievable that something so huge today started so small in 1976. Apple created the iPhone, iPad, iPod, iOS, Macintosh, Apple Watch and many, many others. Apple changed the world through smart phones, legal downloads, app store, the iPod, Macintosh and various other. Apple is always thinking of something new to invent or something to improve in their pass products.

    USB
Dov Moran and M-Systems are the creators of the USB. USBs are mainly used for storage, data back-up and transfer of computer files. They are smaller, faster, have thousands of times more capacity, and are more durable and reliable because they have no moving parts. Life was made easier for people who tend to have to much data, the USB was a place to put important but not in the moment stuff like documents. They evolved so much over time from a long cable to a simple short stick.

    Google
Google is a valuable and important source of information and knowledge. It is accessible and available to anyone, anywhere, any time. Created by Larry Page and Sergey Brin in 1998, Google became a multi-million dollar company in a short amount of time. Google quickly replaced books and going to the library to find information to staying comfy and researching at home. This search engine has continually expanded itself from maps to translate to news etc.
