    Charles Babbage creates and announces the first ever computer called the Electronic Numerical Integrator And Computer (ENIAC) it filled an entire room and was limited on what it could do for example you could not play angry birds on it, it also could run only one program at a time and if you wanted to use a different program you would have to rewire it completely the eniac was not used in homes it was actually used in the army and navy

Simon was not a real fancy computer it was a radio electronic it didnt even have a screen but if you're a fan of buttons you will love Simon but dont get it mixed up with the colorful button memory game Simon that was released in 1991

    i realize that i put a big jump in this time line (almost thirty years) but if i would have kept putting computers throuout the years between the commodore 64 and the chromebooks i would have had a much larger timeline due to al the contributions in the computer industry from microsoft and apple and so many other companies but chromebooks are what i thought would be the best fitting ending to this timeline seeing as how this timeline was made on a chromebook but they are useful for travelers...
