  • Month 1 for the mother

    Month 1 for the mother
    During month one, the mother will experience changes such as nausea, urge to urinate, and physical discomforts such as breast enlarging. Organs are not being pressed due to the size of the baby being very small.
  • Month 2 for the mother

    Month 2 for the mother
    During month two, the mother will experience physical changes such as the previous month but may experience fatigues, food, cravings, and aversions. Physical discomforts such as your body is changing. Your uterus is now the size of an orange but you will not experience any discomforts of organs.
  • Month 3 for the mother

    Month 3 for the mother
    During month three, the mother will experience physical and emotional changes such as tender breast, stretch makes, dark line on abdomen, and emotional changes such as mood changes and depression. You may experience discomforts at night when trying to sleep.
  • Month 4 for the mother

    Month 4 for the mother
    During month four, the mother will experience physical changes such as weight gain, itchy skin, shortness of breath, hunger, increased energy, and changes in skin color. This stage of pregnancy is referred to as the "Honeymoon" due to the increase of energy and most of the shopping and decoration gets accomplished during this time period. At this stage in pregnancy you may feel that everything is being pushed upwards, this is due to the baby increasing size and your body changing.
  • Month 5 for the mother

    Month 5 for the mother
    During month five, the mother will experience physical changes such as, mood swings, hurt burn, constipation, and cramping. During month five, the mothers intestines will begin to move upwards. Discomforts that may occur is itchy skin, lower back pain, and difficult in sleeping. Internal organs are compressed upwards during five months. Your stomach will start to swing upwards, resulting in heartburn.
  • Month 6 for the mother

    Month 6 for the mother
    During month six, the mother may experience physical changes and discomforts such as insomnia, leg cramps, puffy in hands, waist, backaches, and snoring may occur. The internal organs and intestines will begin to become tight together. This is due to the baby increasing size.
  • Month 7 for the mother

    Month 7 for the mother
    During month seven the mother may experience physical changes and discomforts such as shortness of breath, mood changes, Braxton hicks contractions, and hot flashes. The intestines and internal organs are again being moved and shifted leading to the symptoms that our occurring.
  • Month 8 for the mother

    Month 8 for the mother
    During month eight the mother may experience physical changes and discomforts such as clumsiness, leaking of breast, general discomfort due to the size of your tummy, and weight gain. Your organs and intestines are helping finish the development of the placenta so it can be complete for delivery shortly.
  • Month 9 for the mother

    Month 9 for the mother
    During month nine the mother may experience physical changes and discomforts such as frequent urination, mucus plug unplugged, increase of discharge, pelvic pressure, and increase hair growth on the face. The organs and intestines are getting weight off of them due to the baby dropping and preparing for delivery, which makes it easier to breath. The mothers body is preparing for delivery shortly.
