    How Communism has effected China?

    In concluding this project I have learned that communism has affected China in many ways. Like with out communism and Mao Zedong's leadership China's economy wouldn't be where it is today. The strictness of Zedong helped get China together after World War 2. Communism helped develop the way China runs its economy. Mao Zedong getting China's industry growing, helped China to become one of the top manufacturers in the world. The struggles that China went through to get were its at helped.

    The Red Guards were a system thought up by Mao Zedong during The Cultural revolution. Mao Zedong during The Cultural Revolution took groups of devoted young people to carry out new programs. The first red guards were made up of students. You could tell Mao Zedong was furious because of the things he had the red guards do. Mao had them do things such as, destroyed antiques, ancient texts, and Buddhist temples.

    The Tiananmen Square Massacre happened because of the death of Hu Yaobang. It happened at the Qingming Festival. Chinese troops stormed through Tiananmen Square, killing and arresting many protestors. The Tiananmen Massacre shows that they were very violent.
