When I was about 8 years old, I learned how to tied my shoes. I was in my grandma room when I learned. My mom was proud of me. I was happy because I was growing up -
My great-grandmother died
My great-grandmother died from a heart attack. It was sad because I used to go over her house for family meals. It was special to even know my great-grandmother because not everybody know theirs. -
First plane ride
I was about 9/10 years old when I was first got on a plane with my dad. We had went to Florida. I was scared because I never been on the plane before. My ears started to pop when the plane took off and I was so amazed. It was a decent experience -
Disney World
I had went to Disney World in Orlando for the first time. I had so much fun I had went with my dad and his friends. That was my first time in Florida too. We was at the theme park all day. -
Got my first phone
My dad gave me my first phone. It was a small blackberry. I was so happy because all my friends had a phone and I wanted one. -
7th grade Candle Light Ceremony
A candle light ceremony is when the 8th graders pass the light to the 7th graders to give them the position to be ahead of the school. We had to blow the candle it out. It was special because I knew at that moment. that I was really going to be in 8th grade. -
Accepted to MP
In May. my 8th grade year, I found I been accepted to Morgan Park High school. I was happy because that's when it hit me I was going to start high school. -
8th grade graduation
I was so happy to graduate from 8th grade, because I was ready to get out of that school. My family was there , taking pictures of me and brought me flowers. We went out to eat after. I was a little sad because I was leaving all my friends. -
SAT
In April, I took the SAT. I was scared because I wanted to do good on it. Everybody was nervous. I had went to bed early and ate breakfast. It was kind of hard but I think I did okay on it. -
Half-Cap Ceremony
My sophomore year, I had a half-cap ceremony to show that I was about to be a upperclassmen. It was nice, my mom had came and supported me. -
CP Program
My junior year, I joined the Career Program in my school. I was sad because I wasn't going to have gym and classes with all my friends anymore. Overall, it's going okay. -
First day of Senior Year
I started my seniior year on this day. I was happy because I was finally a senior. That mean I was about to graduate pretty soon. I waited a long time to finally be a senior
