it abolished slavery completely. -

this restricted what the freed slaves did and blacks. Prohibited blacks from testifying against whites in court. Prohibited them from borrowing land to buy land. -

Didn't want protected for blacks. Conflicted with congress. Congress tried to get him impeached but didn't pull through -

Gave equal rights to all people. Also equal protection for everybody

it allowed confederate soldier to vote. Let democrats come into the gov again.
