    British solders headed for Lexington ordered by General Gage they were sent to capture colonial leaders. Paul Revere and minutemen were spreading the word to prepare the colonist to fight.

    Ethan Allen and Benedict Arnold lead militaimen to takeover Fort Ticonderoga which was controlled by the British they started there attack at dawn. It was the first American win of the revolutionary war

Baron Von Steuben was one of some to sign it and he would not but then Steuben was introduced to General Washington and was approved for french service .
