    It allowed the government to move water ways to arid areas that had no water so that they use that piece of dry land. This falls under Fostering Efficiency because it helps the government work with this land and the water body, which helps make his state a better working environment or the dry land.

    Workers fought for higher wages and shorter hours of work. I think this falls under Creating economic Reform.
  • Northern Securities v United States

    It was a case heard by the U.S. Supreme Court. The Court went against the stockholders of the Great Northern and Northern Pacific railroad companies, since they formed a monopoly, and they dissolve the Northern Securities Company including the monopolies. This falls under Protecting Social Welfare because it is an act that is helping the poor people in favor of the rich who are the monopolies.

    Created Department of Commerce and Labor

    Roosevelt convince Congress to create this department. It was in charge to investigate and examine the quality of products of big companies and their products, and if they found something faulty or they find any problems with something the Department would inform the company Privately, which allowed the company to fix the problem quietly. I think this falls under Fostering efficiency because it made the workplace more efficient and better.

    The mission of this act or organization being formed was to sustain healthy, diverse, and productive forests and grasslands for present and future generations. This falls under protecting social welfare because it is protecting something that people would want to see through generations.

    Was created to ensure that every drug and food that was being made was good for consumption. This falls under Promoting welfare improvement because it protects what people consume to be safe and in good conditions.
  • Meat inspection act

    Meat Inspection act is an American law that makes it a crime to adulterate or misbrand meat and meat products being sold as food, and ensures that meat and meat products are slaughtered and processed under sanitary conditions. Meaning that it is making the meat you consume safe and non harmful to the body. It falls under promoting moral improvement because it is improving the meat and making sure that it is safe to consume.

    It was created to help the Nation use its mineral resources responsibly. This falls under Fostering Efficiency because its goal is to help people use the minerals more productively and efficiently than wastefully.
  • Children's Bureau

    Act was passed to better the lives of children, also to investigate and report the welfare of all children. This falls under Protecting Social Welfare, because its goal is to better the life of children.
  • System of National parks

    Its responsible for protecting the 35 national parks and monuments then managed by the department and those yet to be established. This falls under protecting Social Welfare because again it is protecting very important things for people to see through generations, and it is historical and important.
