My first professional picture
My mom loved taking pictures of me as a baby, so for my birthday she had taken me to take my first picture as a model baby. -
Family trips
MY brother, mom and I every summer will take our family trip to Wisconsin and she would take us to the carnivals and shops. I really cherish those times with them I really appreciate my mom taking us out and making sure we were always happy. -
My father passing away
I still have little memories of me and my dad spending time together and him taking me to the park, we were really close but he had passed away when I was at the age of 4 and at that time I didnt understand what death was I believed that he was just sleeping and he would eventually wake up. -
My step dad
My dad had passed away when I was 4 and I only had my mom who had to take the role of two until my step dad came into our lives and took the father role and helped raise me. -
Disney II Magnet
My first elementary school, where I met my best friends still till this day. I had made so many great memories at that school with m friends and the teachers there- I was taught a lot by teachers to be a leader and strive for success and to get out my comfort zone and try new things. -
My first Social
I went to my first social dance with two of my best friends, it was the best experience ever! I got to dance with anyone and everyone and my favorite was that I was able to dance with professional salsa dancers. -
My mom and I every sunday
My mom and Iike best friends we enjoy being with each other all the time, I appreciate everything she does for me. I appreciate the fact that she had taken the role of being a single mother and raising two kids. I love our summer on Sunday's we would go out and shop or go eat -
Joining Taft Varsity Cheer
Coming to Taft my junior year I didn't think I had a chance in making the cheer team, but I just went for it and tried to and did the best i was able to do, and then I got the email that I made the team! -
Becoming a flyer for the team
I was so proud of myself that I had made the cheer team, but I felt like I could offer more to the team. So when the captains told me to try and fly- so I gave it my all and stepped out my comfort zone and was able to get a twist down on my first try! they had made me center flyer. -
Homecoming
I love going to homecomings at Taft. But this year was the first year that I actually really enjoyed my time and being with my best friend Rose.
