    Created by James Hargreaves, a machine that spins greater amounts of thread at one time to get the job done faster. It was so important because it made clothing more affordable, but the downside is that it put a lot of people out of work.
  • Water Frame

    Created by Richard Arkwright, powered by water. It was a large spinning machine, only used when cloth was made by hand. It is so different because it utilizes hydroelectric energy( Electricity made from moving water). One advantage would be that you could use water to power instead of any other source. One disadvantage is that you needed water to power it and if you didn't have water it couldn't work. This led to many factories being created.
