The Reign of Terror
Maximilien Robespierre rose to power and decided to change everything about France so that it was completely different. He changed the calendar and removed Sundays from the weeks. He then became the leader of the Comittee of Poblic Safety and became a dictator. -
End of War
In July 1794 some members of the National Convention turned on Maximilien Robespierre, and arrested and executed him. The Reign of Terror ended when Robespierre was killed in the guillotine.
