    The Meeting of the Estates General was a meeting that Louis XVI summoned to discuss solutions to its government and financial problems. There were three estates, the first one which were the clergy, the second estate which were the nobles, and the third estate which were the common people. Each had a certain ammount of representatives to represent their estate and give ideas.

    The National Assemble was an assembly made out of the common people in order to give ideas about how the government should be run. Here they would discuss their ideas and then try to put them into action. This assembly is what led to the Tennis Court Oath because of all of the points that were made to make a good country.

    The Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen was a very important date in the French Revolution. It marked a day in which people now had more rights than ever before. They now had a set of rights that they could look up to and see what they could do. They favored the common people that mostly did not have thes types of rights and in the end they helped the French Revolution a little by calming the people down for a while.

    The Flight to Varennes was an important part of the revolution because it was when King Louis XVI was captured trying to escape. King Louis XVI wanted to flee the country and start a counter revolution and fight the common people. He was not successful in his escape and ended up being capured. What this ment was that the abolishment of the monarchy and the incorporation of a republic was more probable than ever.

    The French Constitution marked one of the most important dates in all of the French Revolution. It marked the day that the absolute monarchy would be no more. It now ment that the government would have diferent parts to it and that different people would be able to make laws. It also ment that the common people would be able to state their opinion on the laws that were going to control them. They were now able to say what they felt about was being done to the government.

    The Insurrection marked the day that the monarchy would go down. The common people stormed the Tuileries Palace were King Louis XVI and his family were kept. They attacked the palace killing anyone in their path until they got to the king and asked for immediate change. The king surrendered because he did not have enough men to defeat them. This was that day that absolute monarchy in France was no more.

    The Proclamation of the Abolition of the Monarchy marked the most important date in the French Revolution. It was the most important date in the French Revolution because it stated that the absolute momarchy was no more. The National Convention proclamed that the monarchy was no more and made the people know that this was happeing. The people realized that this was the end of and era of suffering financially and now looked to the future in search for new ways to govern their beloved country.

    The Execution of Louis XVI was a mean for celebration. People gathered around the Place de la Concorde to see the king that brought suffering to the country die. This meant that there would never be a king again. The king died by means of the Guillotine which ment that his head was cut off. After his head was cut off it was shown to everyone in the Place de la Concorde to mark the end of the monarchy forever.

    The Reign of Terror was one of the most bloodiest parts of all of the French Revolution. It was an event were Maximilien Robespierre executed a lot of people for unimportant causes. At first he killed people that helped the king when he was in office but then he started killing more and more people. He did it just because he had the power to. He recived so much power in such little time that he decided to kill a lot of people that did not commit a crime that required execution.
