    Scheneck vs. United States
    Scheneck shouted "Fire" in a theater. The court argued that in a time of a war this was not protected under the first amendment. Scheneck of course argued that he was protected by his right. This case helped show where the boundaries of the rights stood.

    This stated that they cannon convict someone from writing an opinion about the supreme court even if the opinion is not a good one. This ensured that the first amendment was expanded to the people so they can state their opinion on governmental positions.

    Civil Liberties Bureau was established in responce to the Espionage act. This tried to protest against the idea that someone can refuse to go to war for their on beliefs. Many did not want to go to war because their belief that they can not kill a human being.

    Life Magazine is banned because they published pictures from Birth of A Baby. This can contradict the first amendment right of the people. Although it may put a limit on the first amendment the pictures were probably to vulgar for public appearance.
