John Wilkes Booth Killed Lincoln in a theater. This caused the 10% plan not to but enacted. The plan that was enacted was created by congress and the Vice President/New President tried to veto everything the congress wrote. -

Abolished slavery freeing all the slaves in the United States and preventing slavery to every happen in the United States Again. -

This terrorist group ,made up of mostly former Confederate solders, hunted down blacks and harassed them and even killed them. -
14 Amendment
Made former slaves citizens of the United States which gave them all the benefits of the Constitution. -
15 Amendment
It gave black men the right to vote which raised the chance of a Northern Republican to get elected.
