    Japan was founded in 660 BC by Emperor Jimmu. Japan is currently a constitutional monarchy, with an emperor as the head of the state, and a prime minister as the head of the government; their current prime minister is Shinzō Abe. They have three branches of government; executive, legislative, and judicial.

    Taiwan was officially founded by Dutch settlers in 1624. Currently the Republic of China, Taiwan is a democracy under president Tsai Ing-wen. They have five branches of government; examination, control, and the usual three.

    Cuba declared independence from Spain in 1868. They are a communist state, and currently have both a president and a prime minister; their first prime minister in four decades, appointed to "ease the president's load". The current Cuban president is Miguel Díaz-Canel. They have the three usual branches of government.

    Saudi Arabia was formed in 1932 when the Hejaz and the Najd unified their kingdoms as one. Saudi Arabia is one of the few surviving absolute monarchies. They have the usual three branches of government, but the highest office of each is taken by their king, Salman of Saudi Arabia.
