    200,000 workers and their families went to the Czar's winter place in St. Petersburg. They were protesting for better working conditions, more personal freedom, and elected National Legislature. Nichols 11's generals were orderd to shoot them. 1,000 were wonded and several hundered dead

    Women textile workers in Petrograd led a citvwide strike. Riotes started over bread and fuel for the next five days. 200,000 workers swarmed the streets shouting "Down with autocracy!" and "Downs with the war!" They would not stop so soldiers were later ordered the shoot them.

    Without warning armed factory workers stormed the Winter Place in Pettrograd. They called them selfs the Bolshevik Red Guards. They took over the government offices and arrested the leader of the Bolsheuiki in power.
