    Kellogg-Briand Pact
    This treaty was signed by Belgium, Italy, Britain, France, and Germany. The treaty stated that these countries would not use war to resolve disputes or conflicts that may arise. This was set into place to prevent another World War, however, it was didn't hold much impact since the US wasn't part of it.

    U.S. Stock Market Crashed
    16 million stocks were sold in one day resulting in the stock market to crash. This quickened the collapse of the economy. Americans lost their money, jobs, and land. Not only did it cause the U.S. problems it also caused problems globally.

    Hitler used his power to turn Germany into a totalitarian state. He banned all other parties and had opponents arrested. He put Germans to work and dissolved independent labor unions and took over all aspects of German life.

    Hitler disobeys the Treaty of Versailles. The Treaty stated German troops couldn't enter a 30 mile wide zone on either side of the Rhine river. This area served as a neutral zone between Germany and France. This marked a turning point towards war. It strengthened Hitlers power within Germany and put power in Germany's favor.

    Mussolini and Hitler reach an agreement and Italy becomes an alliance with Germany. This brought more strength to the Nazi's for when WWII actually starts.

    Nazi's attacked Jews in homes and on the streets. Destroyed Jewish owned buildings and businesses. This was war between Hitler and the Jews. Hitler blamed the Jews for Germany's troubles since WWI.
