This battle barley lasted a week. the germans were defeated by the french. the french did not fight alone they were helped greatly by there alies. -

The germans useing submarines to take out mechants and supply ships. This cut off the supplies to the other armys. This caused shortened rashons and tens of thousands of deaths. -

Verdunthe first war on western front, one of the most major battles of the war. this war ended in a french victory. this war resulted in a quater of a million deaths. -

JutlandThis battle was the biggest naval battle in ww1. The German navy and the brittish royal navy duked it out till the end. this battle did not have a winner. -

Battle of SommeThis was the bloodiest day in german history. there were 17,000 british solders killed. the germans won the battle with a defensive comback. -

Us had offered small support and verry few troops and supplies. They actually started fighting an all out war in 1917. Actually a lot of counties didnt't get involved till about a year in. Italy and Bulgaria went to war in 1915, Romania in 1916 and the United States in 1917. -

The war approached a resolution after the callpse of the russian government. A revolution brought Russia to terms with central power. This was one of the first steps in ending the war. -

The germans made a series of strikes on the west front. This was the biggest gain either side has made since 1914. This lead to a retaliation and the germans forces were low from there stikes. -

Germans had gone on the offesive and then were pushed back. Allies then kept pushing them back till they entered the treanches. The Germans having trouble with revolutions of there own agreed to surender. -
The Aftermath of World War1
World War one left millions of people homeless. This war had over 9 million Casualties. This was the 5th deadliest conflict in world History. This Paved the way for a new Political change incuding revolutions.
