    Japan attacked China, destroying much of the country. Trying to take over the Island. Japan's attack was due to the Marco Polo incident. Which angered Japan. China on account of Japan's attack had parts of it taken over, as well as its ports.

    Aldof Hitler's first attack and the starting point of World WarII. 1.5 million German troops attacked Poland along the German border while German fighter pilots bombed airfields. German U-boats also attacked the Polish naval forces in the Baltic Sea.
    Hittler saw this invasion as a way for "living space". He thought the Germans as a “racially superior” group. He had also had plans to colonize the territory and inslave the native Slavs.
    The British were outraged, and so begun the War.

    Blitzkrieg is a German tactic of fighting. It was first used against Poland. This tactic creats confusion for the enemy forces and is also used to save lives as well as artillery.

    As a result of Germany's success with this tactic they had continued to ues this in the years to come.

    Germans invade Soviet Union
    Known as the largest military operation in history, this is the day German forces invaded the Soviet Union. The Soviets were unperpared for the attack.
    Again Hittler was seeking "living space" and had wanted to inslave the nativ e people.
    Even though Soviet forces were either taken prisinor or destroyed German forces could barely land a damaging blow. As German forces came within sight of Moscow they were attacked by fresh Soviet troops. Then the harsh Russian winter set in.
  • Pearl Harbor

    At 8am the first wave of Japan fighter pilots attacked. Creating panic within the unprepared naval base.
