Germany Invaded poland and took prisoners, They also wanted to take over all of the surrounding states arond Germany so they could create an empire. Germany thought that they were unbeatable. -

Germany attacked countries fast so the county wouldn't be able to have enough time to counter attack them or have a good army set up tp defend themselfs. Germany wanted to attack quick and get oot of that county without being hurt. Germany got a lot stronger from this style of attack or invasion. -

Japan bombed the USA. They tried to destroy our fleet because we stopped giving them oil after they are trying to take the smaller Pacific Islands. -
D-Day (Invasion of Normandy)
Start of the war in Europe. We pulled all of the german forcaes to a fake army base and then once they all moved we invaded and attacked sucessfully. -
VJ-Day
We won the war in Japan. Japan and USA were in a war and we defeated them. WW2 was pver and Jewa were free but millions of them had died. -

Hitler tried to split the Allies Army in Northwest Europe with a Blitzkrieg. The German wanted to catch adn attack the Americans off gaurd. -

USA and Japan fought many times. Many Americans died in the Pacific war. The USA tried to capture 2 Islands from Japan. The USA was slowly defeating Japan. -
Battle of Okinawa
It was the last and biggest war between Japan and the USA. -
VE- Day
It was the Day that we stopped Hitler and we won the war in Europe. -
Dropping Atomin Bomb
The USA dropped an Atomin bomb on Japan so we didn't loose any more of our troops. Many Jappenese died or got many different mutations.
