    President Wilson declared neutrality due to the large number of foreign born citizens in the US. Most foreign citizens supported their own, home countries instead of backing America. People in America showed Nationalism by representing their own country despite living in the US at the time.

Also made Germany leave all countries where they had troops occupying land. 1928
