    Alaric led The Visigoths who breached the walls of Rome and sacked the capital of the Roman Empire. They looted, sacked, burned, and killed their way through the city for three days. Emperor Constantine's law that legalized christianity caused to the downfall of the empire because the empeor was no longer recognized as a god.

    The fall of the Holy Roman Empire is considered the start of the Middle Ages. It only started to end once the ages of Enlightenment & Discovery began. Wars and or conflicts never ended and many people died. The wars death and etc helped the spread of epidemics like the black plague.

    A series of holy wars fought between the Christians and Muslims. There were 8 major crusades throughout the timespan of 1096 - 1291. The First crusade started when Alexius Comnenus asked Pope Urban II for mercenary troops to help face the Turks. The Pope accepted and in November of that year he called for Christians to take up arms .

That weekend 2million+ people went to the west side of the wall to celebrate. During that weekend people used hammers and picks to tear the wall down in ceryian places.

Only one of the Soviet states remained in the union, Georgia. The soviet union fell because of overspending and debet.
