Kent State University
Students at Kent State University protested President Nixon because he did not keep his promise to reduce war. As a result, the National Gaurd was sent, and four students were shot and killed. -

The Pentagon Papers were a top-secret overview on the history of the United States involvement in Vietnam that were published in New York Times. The publisher believed the public needed to know secrets about Vietnam. -
Fall of Saigon
North Vietnam attacked and captured Saigon. As a result, Veitnam was united into one Communist nation.
