Flames start to burst after somebody threw a cigarette into the scarp paper bin -

After 30 minutes of flames bursting from underneath a cutting table, firefighters came to try and stop the flames from spreading but the flames were too strong -

Everyone was panicking because of the fire, everyone rushed over to any things that could escape the fire by but some of the emergency exit doors were locked, the elevator only could hold a minimum of people so others had to wait and it wasn't so easy for some of the people because they kept breathing in a lot of smoke and that is not good. -

The firefighters got the fire to stop, 146 people died out of 500 people that went into work that day. -

They were over 300 people that survived the fire but 146 people were not so lucky
