Harold Bride recieved a iceberg warning from the Caronia. He gave the message to Captain Smith who was on bridge duty. Then he posted it on a bulletin board for the other officers to see. -
April 14,1912 Noon
They got two iceberg warnings but Harold Bride only had time to take up one of them because he was sending out postcards and letters. -
April 14,1912 7:30 pm
They recieved three more iceberg warnings from the Californian about fifty miles ahead of the Titanic. Captain Smith was atending a dinner when the message was delivered. -
April 14,1912 11 pm
The Californian sent a message to the Titanic saying that they were trapped in ice. -
April 14,1912 11:40 pm
They spot a iceberg and try to turn and go in reverse but they are too late. -
Midnight
The water flows threw the hole of the ship into the mail room and then into the boiler room. -
12:30 am
The captain ordered for woman and children first to get on the life boats. -
April 15,1912 2:05 am
There was still 1,500 people on the ship and they were getting close to gether for warmth. He also ordered the crew to leave. -
Dawn
The Carpathia comes to the rescue and saves some of the people.
