Claudius Ptolemy (No Exact Date of Birth)
Born in c. AD 100, Claudius Ptolomy lived in the city of Alexandria in the Roman province of Egypt, wrote in Koine Greek, and held Roman citizenship. He was known for believing in the Geometric theory which means he believed that the sun was in the center of the universe.
