Marie Antoinette was born in Viena, Austria. Her parents were Francisco I the Holy Roman Emperor and Maria Teresa I the Archduke of Austria. She was the penultimate of 16 siblings. -

When she was 11 years old she was named by her mother Lady of the Order of the Starry Cross. -

When she was 13 years old her mother became more interested in her education in order to she could got married. She attended French dance, diction and singing classes. -

When she was 14 years old, Luis XVI the Dauphin of France proposed marriage to her and she accepted. -

She got married with the delfin of France Luis XVI, giving up her rights to the Austrian throne. During the celebration 132 people died because a fireworks fire. -

Marie Antoinette and her husband Luis XVI became kings of France and Navarra. -

She had her first daughter, Maria Teresa whose nickname was Madame Royale. -

Her mother, her biggest support, Maria Teresa I of Austria died. -

She had her second son, the Dauphin Luis Jose. After his birth was spread a rumor which said that Luis XVI wasn't his father, so they decided to go for a time to a village to experience peasant life. -

Outbreaked the "collar case", the Bohmer jeweler claimed 15 million pounds from the queen for a diamond necklace, but she was innocent. With this increased her unpopularity and hate from the people, Moreover, Furthermore it is believed that it was one of the causes of the outbreak of the French Revolution. -

She had her third son, Luis Carlos who was going to be the future Duke of Normandy. -

She had her last daughter, Sofia Beatriz, who died with just one year of tuberculosis. -

The French people revealed and occurred the Frech Revolution outbreak. -
22nd June 1791
Her husband tried to pretend his kidnapping and all her family was threatened. The the royal family is arrested at the passport registrar's house and interrogated. They force Louis XVI to accept the Constitution. Moreover the Austrian people turn against Maria Antoinette. -
10th August 1792
Marie Antoinette with her family was forced by a crowd of people to take refuge in the Legislative Assembly. A few days later, they were taken to the prison of Temple. -
21st January 1793
Her husband the king Luis XVI was executed after the Convention had voted in favor to his death. -
1st August 1793
She was moved to the prison of Conciergerie and there she spent the worst period of her life. -
14th August 1793
Marie Antoinette was judged and accused of high treason. -
17th October 1793
Marie Antoinette was executed in the guillotine in Paris, France when she was 37 years old.
