The Education Act of 1986 made some changes to learning about STD's in schools. Clickers are a form of tool that is used in class to answer questions the teacher will put on the board for all the students to see. When students respond the teacher is able to see what all of students answered for that specific question. From there, the teacher can decide if she/he needs to further explain the answer. Flat Stanley has been around for quite some time now. Students can send a digital Flat Stanley to people across the world to learn more about different places other than just where they currently live. Science Digital
Science is something that can be used with technology as well. For example with the internet students are able to look at the shy above them. Science is where you have to be able to observe a lot and use your resources. With images and video this takes science to the next level. This really allows students to be able to stop the video and think and be able to do many things without it happening in real life where you can not stop something or slow it down. With the current internet it takes teaching things that are happening currently to the next level. For example if a teacher was teaching about something that was happening that day the textbook would not have that information. Technology for Special Needs Students
For special needs students, technology can be used to help them be able to learn better. The information can be shown in the way they would learn best.
