    Albert Einstein was born in Ulm,Germany to a Pauline and Hermann Einstein. They were Jewish but did not practice the strict aspects of the Jewish religion.

    Albert receives a compass from his father. He attributed his love for learning to the compass. He had to know from that moment on how things worked in the universe.
  • UNIQUENESS- ALBERT STARTS SCHOOL

    Albert Einstein stood out from the rest of his class right from the beginning. He was unique and his teacher thought that he was a daydreamer because he never payed attention in class. He did not have any friends his own age. He did not enjoy sports like other boys his own age. He spent a lot of time by himself. He spoke slowly and had a habit of repeating ideas to himself right after he spoke. All throughout his education career, he was always considered to be different.
  • MENTOR- TALMUD

    Albert meets Max Talmud. Max was 10 year older than Albert. Max Talmud introduced Albert to popular scientific books. Max spend lots of time talking and discussing phylosophy, physics and mathematical concepts. Einstein felt that he could relate to Max better than with children his own age.

    Albert Einstein became a citizen of Swiss and started to look for a job which was hard for him because he was did not show respect to his professors at the school he attended.

    Albert got his first job working at the Swiss Patent Office in Bern. It was not his first choice because he wanted to be a professor ever since he started his college career.
  • Miraculous Year

    At age 26, Albert wrote five extraordinary papers. One of the papers, were based on his theory of relativity and another on E=MC2. All his papers were published but he only submitted one has his PHD dissertation.

    Albert Einstein contributed to society by introducing to the world many scientific principles, even though sometiimes, he was not taken seriously by his peers. An example of his work is The Theory of Relativity.

    Albert Einstein's goal was to become a University Professor of Physics. To earn his PhD. he wrote his thesis on the Size of Molecule. His first teaching job was at the University of Zurich. He only had one student in his class.

    Albert Einstein wins the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1921. This was a long journey because he was nominated for several years but he did not win. A lot of people in the science community still did not believe in his work, thought he was a fraud.

    Albert Einstein had a strong sense of intuition. He new that when he left his home in Caputh Germany in December of that year, he would not be returning again. Ge new that Hitler would soon come in power and that it would be the end of the Jewish people in Germany.

    REFLECTION - SENDS FAMOUS LETTER TO ROOSEVELT
    After reflectiong, Albert Einstein sends a letter to President Roosevelt stating that an atom bomb should be built because the German's were in the process of building one of their own. German's would use this weapon to take control of Europe and possibly the entire world.
  • VISUALIZED - PALESTINE HOMELAND TO JEWS AND ARABS

    Albert Einstein visualized that Arabs and Jews could live side by side in Palestine. He thought that the perfect place for the Jewish people to live would be Palestine. He did not want a seperate state for the Jewish people. He believed that both the Arabs and the Jews had the right to be there. He want the two groups to live together peacefuly.
