The Senate passes the bill from the House of Representatives to the American president James Madison. He had signed it right away. -
The battle begins
On June 19 1812 the U.S. president James Madison declares the war to began the day after signing it. -

After a week and half of fighting. The U.S. Army has decided to double the Army and weapons. -
Taking over Detroit
After invading a small part of Upper Canada and retreating, General Hull decides to invade Detroit. -

On June 23 General Hull Invades Upper canada with only a small group of the U.S. army. They have captured the Canadians from Sandwhich (Winsdor, Ontario). -
Battle of Brownstown
When General Brush arrived at River Raison collecting supplies for General Hull's army he sent a message to him saying "the Shawnee Chief Tecumseh and some of his warriors had crossed the Detroit River and were now near or at the village of Brownstown." Later on when everyone was done getting there supplies and equipment, Tecumseh and 24 other of his Warriors ambused the Americans and there Supply Column. The American were confused and tried to retreat but it was too difficult. -
Surender of Detroit
On Aug 16 Detroit surenders from the attack of General Hull and his group. They are now taken over because General Hull had added more member to the group. -

On April 27 the Americans invade the British in Fort York, Curently in Toronto Ontario. The American Killed 82, 43 Wounded, 274 were Captured and 7 were missing. (Britsh) The British Killed 55 and Wounded 265. -

September 10, 1813, One of the most biggest navy battles. The Americans defeated and captured the British. -

On October 5. The Americans invaded a part of Upper canada Again and had another Victory. Chief Tecumseh was fighting until the point of his death. -

At Greenville Ohio, A Treaty was created with the U.S. and the Indian tribes "Wyandots, Delawares, Shawanoese, Senacas and Miamies" againt Great Britain. -
Treaty of Ghent
On December 24 Ghent (Belgium) had signed the Treaty to end the war, Which had became the Peace Treaty of The war of 1812. -
Battle of the sink hole
The battle of the sink hole had officaly ended the war of 1812. The battle was between Missouri Rangers and Sauk Indians not knowing that the British had signed the Treaty of Ghent with the U.S.
