(6.12.292) After running away with his new griffin friend, Caela, Nic was caught sleeping in a field by guards. The guards planned to take Nic back to the mines, but a man bought him. Nic began living in the city with his new master, Felix. It is here that Nic meets Aurelia, a girl who works for Felix. -

(6.16.292) Nicolas was placed into the games at Rome to save Caela's life, and to save the emperor of Rome from General Radulf, by presenting the bulla to him. With the power of the bulla overwhelming Nicolas, it makes Nic do the unthinkable. Using the power, he creates an earthquake that destroys the arena, and almost everyone in it. General Radulf now knowing the power he holds, places a bounty on Nic to steal the powers that Nic possesses. -

(6.18.292) After escaping the collapsing arena. Wounded with an infected arm, Nic lurks in the sewers for two straight days. Aurelia finds Nicolas and treats his arm. -

(6.19.292) After Aurelia's home was flooded by water, they travel up to the surface where they find Crispus, the son of the senator, Horatio. Knowing his potential his power, they take Nic and Aurelia in and blend them in with the crowd of Rome. -

Nicolas Frees Caela From the Romans
(6.25.292) Nicolas, Aurelia, and Crispus rode to the baths during the night, where Caela was held. Severly wounded, Nicolas used his power to heal her wounds, but it weakened him. After Caela flew away, Radulf found Nic and Aurelia. Bribing Nicolas with his sister Livia's life, Radulf gives Nic time to consider his choice of whether to join him or not. -

Nicolas joins General Radulf
(6.30.17) Nicolas defeated General Radulf, and proved his innocence to the emperor of Rome. When arriving at the Emperor's Palace to present the bulla, General Radulf was there with his sister, Livia. Radulf threatens her life as Nic finds out that General Radulf is actually his grandfather.
