All of the tributes are able to show off their skills privately to the Gamemakers and are scored based off of their performance. Katniss shows off her skills and accuracy with a bow and arrow. -
The Hunger Games Begin
The actual games have now begun -

With help from Rue, Katniss is able to get a hold of the bow and arrow, which is her key weapon. -

Knocked Unconscious
After her attack on the career tributes using tracker jackers, Katniss is knocked unconscious for days unknown. -
Alliance with Rue
Katniss creates an alliance with Rue, from district 11, to defeat the career tributes. -
Looses Hearing
Katniss looses her hearing after blowing up the career tributes' food. -
Rue Killed
Katniss regains her hearing and Rue is killed by a spear through her stomach. -
Gamemakers Announcement
The Gamemakers announce that the rules have changed and two people can now win the game. -
Reunited with Peeta
Katniss finds Peeta, who is injured, and treats his wounds. -
The Feast
Katniss goes to the Feast, that was announced by the Gamemakers, in order to get medicine for Peeta who now has blood poisoning. -
The Kiss - Climax
Katniss and Peeta, who have been hiding out in a cave to stay out of the rain and cure Peeta, experience their first kiss. -
The End of the Games - Falling Action
The Gamemakers announce the end of the game and the winners, Katniss and Peeta -
Katniss reveals True Feelings
On the train back to District 12, Katniss reveals her true feelings to Peeta. -
Arrive Back in District 12
Katniss and Peeta arrive back in District 12 where they are given homes to live in and expected to resume back to their normal lives. -
Victory Banquet
Katniss and Peeta were tranquilized after the announcement of Games being over. After sleeping it off for days unknown, Katniss finally wakes and her and Peeta are reunited for the Victory Banquet.
