    William Caxon set up the first printing press. Books could now be produced much more easily and go out to the "people".
    Therefore the written language had to be more understandable so everyone could read it. Before there wasnt any specific way to spell or grammar rules

    English is a big part of many people lives today. Almost everyoe can speak it and many countries, who does not speak English as a native language, have it ine school. It is often the language people use, when they come from two different not native english speaking countries
