  • Rose Takes Initiative

    Rose is four years old and has decided that she wants to play a new game called "house". She gathers friends to play with her and they all follow along with no hesitation. This is stage 3 of Erikson's Stages, called Initiative versus Guilt. Rose is excelling in this stage and feels no guilt.
  • Rose shows her confidence

    Rose is now 10 years old and in school full time. She really likes school and thanks to her parents encouraging her throughout her early years, she feel confident in her ability to perform basic reading skills. She volunteered to read out loud and she reached her goal of reading a paragraph with no mistake. This is stage 4 of Erikson's Stages, where she shows Industry instead of Inferior traits.
  • Rose Reach's a Turning Point

    Rose is now 17 years old and found that she is attracted to men and eventually wants a family with one. She also knows that she wants to be a business owner of some sort, but with flexible hours to have time for her family. Rose has shown that she knows her identity and has a plan in life for herself and her future family. This is the 5th stage of Erikson's Stages.
