    In the fall of 1938 the Sudetenland was relegated by Nazi Germany. The Czech region of Czechoslovakia was invaded by Germany. A portion of it was annexed, the other portion being given to the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia.

    On March 15th 1939 Germany marched into Czechoslovakia. They invaded Bohemia and made a protectorate over Slovakia. This proved that Hitler had been lying to Munich.

    On August 23rd 1939, a pact was signed between the USSR and the Nazis. This was agreed to by Ribbentrop, Stalin, and Molotov. The pact ensued that that Germany would exchange manufactured goods for Soviet raw materials.
