  • Honig VS Doe

The purpose of this act is to protect the rights of students with disabilities. If the student reaction is the result of the disability he/she should not be suspended or expelled from school . I am in favor of the court;a child cannot control their mental/physical disabilities. I know the struggles of a child with mental disabilites. This law emphasizes the "stay-put" provision;which no special need child can be prohibit from attending a public school.
