Skateboarding for the first time
In the 1940 some surfers in California decided that they wanted to surf the city, thats why they made the skateboard. At first this was only made of wooden boxes and some roller skate wheels attached to the bottem. It is still unknown who made the first skateboard. -

One of the reasons the surfers also made the skateboard is because they needed something to do when the waves were flat, the sport was called back then "Side Surfing". -
