This is Samuels first voyage to Canada. -
Natives are friendly
Champlain has befriended the local natives. Champlain has seen the need to be frinds with the natives instead of pushing them off the land. -
Champlain returns to France
Champlain returns to France in order to find a wife. Champlain was in his mid forties and he decided that it was time to get married. He negotiated to marry a 12 year old daughter of a parisian secratary. -
War against Iroquois.
the natives asked Champlain to join them in war against the Iroquois. Champlain agreed, but went to get more men for the war. The natives had promised that they would gather 2500 men. Champlain could only find 12 lol. -
First pioneer imagrants
Champlain had the honour of seeing the first pioneer family arrive at the settlement. The Louis Herbert family. Herbert arrived with his wife, 2 daugter and son. Herbert worked the land of Quebec for ten years before he died. -
Helen goes to New France
Champlain told Helen of the beauty in the new world. and she goes to New France. -
Helen goes back to France
Helen hates it in new france so he takes her back to france. -

Governor
Champlain returned to Quebec for the last time. he was appointed as governor of New France. -
His death
Champlain died after having a paralyzing stroke. Champlains body was laued to rest beneath the floor of notre Dame de la Recouvrance.
