    The Decembrist Revolt was a group of people going to protest. They consisted up of soldiers and upper class people. the event took place in Peter's square. This is important leading up the the revolution because this event shows that people were unhappy with how the royalty was handling the country.

    Nicholas The Second Becomes Czaer of Russia
    Nicholas was crowned in Old Ouspensky Cathedral in Moscow, He led Russia into a costly war and grew food to become more scarce and soldiers became weary. This is a part leading to the revolution because he left people with little food while the troops were out fighting, and left soilers sad.

    The russians when to war with Japan because the were not agreeing with what they were doing, Then went to war and lost three battles and took defeat. They were defeated in Shenyang,China. The loss of the war was an immediate cause to the revolution.

    This was the day hundreds of people were wounded, or killed. There was a group of workers that went to the czar's winter palace to ask for rights. They were lead by Priest Gregory Aponovich. The forced there open fired and killed hundreds. Strikes and riots broke out all of the the country in response to this massacre. This is a reason for the revolution because people were upset with the government that they are shooting and killing their own people over just asking for some rights.

    Russia had a stand off with some of the countries in the war and russia started a full scale war. They also went because it was an imperialistic conflict. While the war was going on back home the economy was disrupted and strikes and riots broke out. This is important to the revolution because people were having trouble and no one was there to help them.

    The March revolution was a revolution that was confined to the capital and lasted less than a week. It involved mass demonstration and clashes with the police. After it was done the throne was abdicated. This impacted because the czar was out of power and they people could decide how the country could be run.

    Czar nicholas was forced out by petrograd insurgents and probinsya government. Then after he left his family including him stayed at a place until was taking out of there and killed. This is important to the revolution because that means he was out of power and could get a new person to run the county.

    The civil war was started because people were upset with the treaty that was signed. The secret police lead campaign of terror. The two sides that were fighting against each side were The whites and The Reds. This is important to the revolution because two sides wanted different governments.

    The creation of the USSR was after the revolution. The USSR meant that they would become a communist state. The USSR had helped grow into the most powerful, influential, and go more land. This is important to the revolution because this meant that the people were heard and now there will be change.

    Vladimir lenin had died in 1924. His body is kept in a museum near moscow Kremlin. He had died from a brain hemorrhage at the age of 54. After his death the person that had taken his spot was Stallin. This is significant because this means that someone new would come in and change their county more.
