    Who issued it: King George III Who did it affect: colonists, French, and Natives What did the Proclamation do to the colonies?: it prevented the colonists from settling west of the Appalachia How is this a cause that led to war?: the natives where not able to the use there land which made them mad and wanted to rebel and take back there land.
