    this stated that southern states could be readmitted into the union once 10 percent of their voters swore an oath of allegiance to the union Was Lincoln trying to reconstruct the US

    this stated that 50 percent of a state’s white males must take an oath of loyalty to be readmitted to the union. The states were required to give back black voting rights This was a bill trying to get the US back united

    were military orders given by General William Tecumseh Sherman that provided the confiscation of 400k acres of land along the Atlantic coast of south Carolina Georgia, and Florida and the dividing of it into parcels. Settled around 18k former slave families and other blacks. This was to help the black population from the slavery they had endured
