The details for my traffic builder is having a billboard on the main street of our shop. The bill board will have our promotions on it and their dates, with including the chance to win free coffee for a year. I selected this promotional strategy because I feel it is the easiest way to get a message across without doing much work all you need is customers to drive past the sign. Product Samples
Lastly the product samples will occur every weekend Friday-sunday just like the give away for the free pastry and bread. These samples will be distributed outside our store because I feel that if a customer was to walk through our doors they should be handed one of our products to see if they like it. This strategy causes a positive outlook on the coffee shop and makes customers interested on what is being offered at the same time. -
Copon Premotion
The coupon I am am offering to better the image of the coffee shop, will be: with a purchase of a coffee the customer will receive a free pastry or bread of their choice. This coupon will be distributed by a employee standing outside our doors in a cup of coffee outfit handing them out so our customers know why we are doing this. This will not only help business but it shows that we are really trying to better our image by showing that we care about our customers instead of having them get hospi -

Also with the purchase of the coffee your name will be put into a hat for a drawing. If your name is picked you will win free coffee for the rest of the year. This promotional strategy will increase the image of the shop because if a customer is willing to take time and come into our shop they should get a chance to win a reward back for there time with us. It also says we care because we want to give a little back for the trouble caused by offering this contest.
