  • College Graduation

    Graduated from Marshall University Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Music Education, PreK - Adult.
  • First Employment

    Began working as a day to day substitute in Cabell County Schools in the Spring of 2014.
  • First Long Term Position

    Began working at Huntington High School as a long-term substitute teacher, instructing in the field of Business Education (Accounting, Principles of Business, Digital Imaging, and Sports Recreation Marketing - Grades 9-12). This is my first long term job with professional relevance. This position was only until the end of the academic year (June 2015).
  • Second Long Term Position

    Instructed ESL (English as a Second Language) at multiple locations in Cabell County Schools (Spring Hill Elementary, Highlawn Elementary, Guyandotte Elementary, Hite Saunders Elementary, Huntington High School, and St. Joseph Central Catholic High School). I began in late September of 2015 and worked until the end of the academic school year (June 2016).
  • Began TIP

    In the Fall of 2015, I began my enrollment in Cabell County's Teacher Induction Program that serves to better train and acclimate beginning teachers to their profession.
  • Began Graduate Coursework

    In January of 2016, I began working towards my Master's Certificate in TESOL in the Marshall University Graduate College.
