having the time of his life petting his puppy in the barn -
chapter 4
Some of the boys from the ranch go into town including George. While lennie is alone he talks to the black guy in the barn and you see his perspective on it with his special needs -
Chapter 5
Everyone is out side and lennies in the baen playing with the pups when curlys wife comes in and lets lennie pet her hair but when she fels his strong grip she gets scared and starts to scream lennie holds on tighter out of panic and when he trys to calm her down he accedently breaks her neck. -
Chapter 7
Lennie and george go back to the stream where they first went when they arived at their new ranch and george knows curlys goingt to torture lennie for killing his wife so george shoots lennie in the back o0f the head so he could have a peacefull death.
